ChapChap Africa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads for our services. As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee various aspects of marketing, including social media management, community engagement, content creation, data analysis, and campaign evaluation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a 3x revenue growth on marketing spend and ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A CIM qualification is an added advantage

• Proven experience (minimum of 6 years) in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or digital industry.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

• Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and budget allocation to maximize ROI.

• Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
